Grandpa’s Beach House

It took a little longer than I wanted, but I am glad to release Grandpa’s Beach House.

Manny is a young 22 yr old man, who is asked to watch over his Grandpa Jose’s beach house for the summer. His intentions of spending time reading, are soon disrupted as he spends the summer in the company of his Grandpa’s neighbor, a much older and chubby silver daddy. His lack of shyness and naturist ways lead to a different plan for the summer. All of this mixed in with a great house, amazing beach, and ocean, help Manny loosen up and enjoy life before heading back for his senior year in college.
